under the PMRA banner.

About Earhart Racing

Dave started racing in 1982 with his 1979 Camaro which was his street car for 2 yrs in the pro classes, Dave was the crew chief and co-driver for Rob Baxters 1968 Camaro ( RATAFIED ) for 1yrs in Super Pro. After which Dave decided to take a couple years off to get married and to start a family.

In 1986 Dave started his own business, Earhart Heating and Cooling Inc. had 2 children, 1996 Dave built his 1988 Ford T Bird that was powered by an injected 496 ci, chevy. he campain this car within the local Top Et classes. In 1998 Dave went into Top Sportsman with an new camaro. In 2002 Dave had a nasty rollover in his Camaro that cause him to take the rest of the year off to rebuild.

In 2004 Dave and Earhart Racing went into the NSCA pro outlaw class and also raced in the local promod classes.

Earhart Racing now races in NSCA Pro Outlaw , OSCA Pro Outlaw, Canada's newest association PMRA.

Accomplishments: 1997 Dave won Sportsman of the yr at Grand Bend Motorplex. They ran IHRA Top Sportsman for 4 years at GBM and finished in third place 3 times in a row. In 2001 they received best paint award at London Autorama. In 2004 Dave ran his first year in NSCA and finished 4 in Pro Outlaw.

Why I Race: To be with others racers and the race fans that enjoy the excitment of drag racing, The atmosphere at a dragstrip is like no other that we have experienced. Also the knowledged gained during years of racing and being able to share it with others who are just starting

Over the years Dave's goals have not changed, have fun and win as many rounds of competition as possible.

Transmission: used, TH400 Automatic from 1998 to 2004. Changed to 3 spd lenco with aft clutch for 05
Other Important Information about our vehicle: Our chassis updates are done by rob at prohotrodz.com, all other fabrication, wiring, body are done by Dave and his crew.
